I am so thankful for Emily's guidance. I was very apprehensive about even trying meditation. I felt like Emily was very intuitive and knew exactly where I was at, what I was ready for and what I needed to understand how to start this journey. My life has changed in ways I wouldn't of believed were possible. I felt very comfortable and everything was so effortless because Emily presented everything step by step. Explained why breathing is so vital. Explained how to connect body and mind in a way I could understand which wasn't easy since I was brainwashed by organized religion since childhood and was so broken and emotionally frozen I decided to search for something more. I knew I wanted to try meditation but had no clue what to do. I'm so thankful I found Emily and was blessed to start this journey with her. Anxiety has been replaced by peace. Fear has been replaced by strength because I now have tools to clear my mind and center myself. I am controlling my emotions instead of my emotions controlling me. I now am excited about the future and the never ending journey ahead of me to just keep growing and growing.

The teaching lesson which also included guided meditation was great. I have tried meditation on my own for years. But I learned so much more from Emily after just a few lessons. Thank you very much!
